Zoom Phone Maintenance (Hong Kong 2) Sep 5, 2025 06:00-12:00 PDT

Zoom is starting to route additional Zoom Phone & Zoom Contact Center traffic across our new Data Centers. We are sending out this notification to inform our customers of this change.

We are going to make the change in the backend for "Asia Pacific (Hong Kong 2) - phasing out for DC consolidation" sip zone and move all traffic to "Asia Pacific (HKG2)" all together. There will be a brief downtime (less than 5 minutes) for the migration.

There is no change in customer side needed to perform this change.

Please make sure the following subnet is kept in the firewall.

Decommissioning Numbers for Zoom Audio-Conferencing Sep 12, 2025 17:00-20:00 PDT

Due to a change with our phone carrier, the following two Toll-Free numbers are being decommissioned.

Accounts will still have other Toll-Free numbers available for use.

New Zealand +64 XXXX 43281
Australia +61 XXXX 531440

Please make sure to make any necessary updates in your Admin Portal (https://zoom.us/account/setting?tab=telephony) to ensure availability for use of the remaining Toll-Free numbers on your account. Only if you are not already using the remaining numbers, currently scheduled meetings for 9/12/2025 and onward may need to be rescheduled so that the updated Toll-Free numbers will be reflected in newly scheduled meetings. If meeting invites are not updated to reflect the additional Toll-Free numbers, participants dialing in from these countries will not be able to join using the decommissioned numbers after 9/12/2025. Any newly created meetings scheduled after you’ve updated the numbers in your portal will be automatically updated with the remaining Toll-Free number(s) for future invites.

To view your current and new numbers in order to make the above changes, please visit your Admin Portal. There you will be able to find all Toll-Free numbers that will remain supported.

Scheduled Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle Update (11/1/2025) Nov 1, 2025 17:00-18:00 PDT

The next Zoom Software Quarterly Lifecycle policy enforcement, scheduled for November 1, 2025, will maintain the same version requirements as the August 2025 enforcement for all clients and plugins, except for the Zoom Node - Conference Room Connector Hybrid. Zoom will be enforcing a new minimum version for Zoom Node - Conference Room Connector Hybrid, approximately 90 days from now on November 1, 2025.
